Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the cranberry layer on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and coconut across the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
