Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- For the streusel, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in softened butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle streusel mixture generously over the batter.
