Ingredients
- 1 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or any favorite)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, protein powder, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
- Mix until all ingredients meld together perfectly.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time until it holds together when pressed.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them set.
