Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or any favorite)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (as needed)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, protein powder, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
  2. Mix until all ingredients meld together perfectly.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time until it holds together when pressed.
  4. If using, fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them set.
