Description

These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters combine the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of Greek yogurt and the indulgence of chocolate for a delightful bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form clusters.
  4. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  7. Place them back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle optionally with sea salt.
  9. Return to the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for optimal flavor and feel free to customize with different chocolate types or additional flavors.
