Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form clusters.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
- Place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle optionally with sea salt.
- Return to the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
