Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Add flour gradually to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner with cookie dough, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the tops of the cooled cookie cups.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can enhance the flavors. Experiment with various chocolate types or add nuts for extra texture.
