  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (25 g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas with the sliced peaches.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
