Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (25 g)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (15 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas with the sliced peaches.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the salad mixture.
