Description

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts (thin-sliced)
  • 1 container green onion cream cheese (8 oz / 226 g)
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • 1 Large package of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small bag of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 dash Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning
  • 227 g shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer within a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Add a layer of spinach, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of seasoning (sauté fresh mushrooms beforehand).
  3. In a bowl, blend together the green onion cream cheese, chicken broth, and olive oil.
  4. Pour this mixture over the layer of mushrooms.
  5. Drape a piece of foil over the top without crimping the edges, and place in an oven preheated to 375°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Afterwards, take off the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Top the dish with the shredded mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes more, or until the cheese is melted and starts to bubble.
