  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs (60 grams)

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk (60 milliliters)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1.25 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) tomato sauce (60 milliliters)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken and breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
  4. Pour in the milk and mix thoroughly.
  5. Crack the egg into the bowl and mix until well combined.
  6. Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
