Ingredients
- 450 grams beef sausage links
- 15 milliliters vegetable oil

- 1 small head of green cabbage, thinly sliced

- 5 grams black pepper
- 1 gram dried thyme
- 1 gram smoked paprika
- 60 milliliters beef broth
- 15 milliliters apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausage links to the skillet.
- Cook the sausages until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion.
- Sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced apple to the skillet.
- Sauté the apple until it starts to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, thyme, and smoked paprika.
- Cook the cabbage until it begins to wilt, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the chicken broth into the skillet.
- Add the apple cider vinegar to the skillet.

- Return the sausages to the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low.
