- 15 ml Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
- 5 ml each of: black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (1 tsp)
- 1 large egg
- 170 g cheddar cheese, cubed (6 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Process the mushrooms until they are finely pureed.
- Crush the crackers and set them aside for later.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pureed mushrooms, ground beef, crushed crackers, seasonings, and the egg.
- Use clean hands to mix everything together and shape the mixture into 12 large balls, making a small indentation in each.
- Place cheese cubes into each indentation, using 1-3 cubes per ball, and then cover them with the meat mixture.
