  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (options like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and steak pieces, cooking until the steak is browned.
  4. Stir in the uncooked rice and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
