These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are a quick and healthy twist on traditional pizza, featuring low-carb tortillas filled with gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and a rich tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese, olives, bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
