Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 – 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1.5 – 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a 9×13 pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into the greased pan.
- Bake for approximately one hour or until no longer pink in the center.
