Ingredients
- 1 (10.5 oz / 298 g) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped onion
- 3 (10 oz / 283 g) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 8 oz (227 g) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash paprika
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to preheat. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter.
- In a medium-sized bowl, blend the condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg, and onions together until they are well combined.
- In a large bowl, place the frozen broccoli, breaking it apart if needed. Add the soup mixture to the broccoli and stir until it is well coated. Add the cheese, mix thoroughly, and then transfer everything to the greased baking dish. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
- Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is bubbly and the top is a golden brown, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
