Description

Delightful cheesy baked onions with a crunchy exterior and gooey cheese interior, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Vidalia onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and half the Italian cheese blend in another bowl.
  4. Dip onion rings first into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
