Description

Delightful cheeseburger sliders that bring nostalgia and joy to the dining table, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that perfectly fit the slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun. Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
  6. Serve warm, or cover with foil to keep warm until serving.

Notes

Chill the formed patties for 20 minutes before cooking to help maintain their shape.
