Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Pickles (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties that perfectly fit the slider buns.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun. Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
- Serve warm, or cover with foil to keep warm until serving.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for 20 minutes before cooking to help maintain their shape.
