Description

A simple yet elegant dish featuring golden seared chicken breasts, creamy Caesar dressing, and tender asparagus, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound of asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large oven-proof skillet.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat.
  6. Pour Caesar dressing over each piece of chicken and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  7. Add asparagus around the chicken in the skillet.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder over the asparagus and add a little extra Parmesan if desired.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  10. Remove from oven and let rest briefly.
  11. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and asparagus, and serve hot.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked properly. Customize the dressing and seasoning to suit your taste.
