  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 5 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 2 grams dried thyme
  • 15 milliliters apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken sausage to the skillet.
  4. Cook the sausage, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
  6. Add the sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften.
