Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (30 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams) butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the squash on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Roast the squash in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- While the squash is roasting, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the turkey sausage to the skillet, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
