Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 5 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Water (to thin the sauce)
- 1 bag tater tots
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Lettuce, chopped
- Pickles, diced
Instructions
- Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, garlic powder, and a dash of water to achieve desired sauce consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a large pan, add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Halfway through cooking, add Worcestershire sauce, stirring well. Increase the heat towards the end to achieve crispy beef crumbles and drain any excess grease.
- Prepare toppings by chopping red onions, grape tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.
- Once tater tots and beef are finished cooking, assemble your burger bowl by placing beef on top of the crispy tater tots and adding desired toppings and sauce.
Notes
Use fresh, quality ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust spiciness by adding more Cajun seasoning or jalapeños. Sauce can be made in double for extra flavor.
