  • Mini croissants (10 pieces)
  • Mini muffins (12 pieces)
  • Fresh strawberries (250g / 8.8 oz)
  • Fresh blueberries (150g / 5.3 oz)
  • Fresh raspberries (150g / 5.3 oz)
  • Fresh grapes (300g / 10.6 oz)
  • Sliced cucumber (1 medium)
  • Sliced bell peppers (1 medium)
  • Cherry tomatoes (150g / 5.3 oz)
  • Mixed nuts (200g / 7 oz)
  • Honey (120ml / 4 fl oz)
  • Chocolate spread (200g / 7 oz)

Instructions

  1. Select a large wooden or marble board as the base for your charcuterie display.
  2. Arrange mini croissants and mini muffins in a corner of the board.
  3. Place sliced turkey or chicken breast and sliced beef salami in separate sections.
  4. Add sliced cheddar cheese and sliced Swiss cheese next to the meats.
  5. Fan assorted crackers near the cheeses and meats.
  6. Wash and dry fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and grapes.
  7. Arrange the fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and grapes in clusters around the board.
  8. Slice cucumbers and bell peppers, then place them near the crackers.
  9. Add cherry tomatoes in small groups around the board.
  10. Fill small bowls with mixed nuts, honey, chocolate spread, hummus, and olives.
