- Greek yogurt, 1 cup (240 g)
- Granola, 1/2 cup (50 g)
- Chopped fresh mint, 2 tablespoons (8 g)
Instructions
- Prepare waffles according to package instructions if using store-bought, or make your own.
- Slice the strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the waffles on a large serving board or platter.
- Place small bowls of maple syrup and honey on the board.
- Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sliced bananas around the waffles.
- Cook the turkey or chicken sausage until fully cooked, then slice and arrange on the board.
- Add the sliced cheese next to the sausages.
- Place the almonds in a small bowl or spread them around the board.
- Add a bowl of Greek yogurt to the board.
- Sprinkle granola over the yogurt or place a small dish of granola on the board.
