Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup diced veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
- 1 package of tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, diced veggies, crumbled bacon, eggs, cheese, and tater tots. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
