Description

These breakfast bombs are a delightful blend of scrambled eggs and cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, offering a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 5 slices cheese (cut in half)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Cook the eggs over medium heat, stirring frequently until fluffy and fully set.
  3. Roll out each piece of biscuit dough on a floured surface. Spoon in a generous amount of scrambled eggs and a half slice of cheese onto each piece of dough.
  4. Pinch the dough closed, seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Notes

Ensure you seal the dough properly to prevent filling from leaking during baking. Feel free to add vegetables or different cheeses to personalize your breakfast bombs.
