  • 420 grams all-purpose flour (approximately 3 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 grams instant yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (or substitute with more organic cane sugar)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)

  2. Add all-purpose flour, organic cane sugar, and salt to the pan.
  3. Carefully sprinkle instant yeast on top of the dry ingredients.
