Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the softened unsalted butter to the dry mixture and blend until the texture becomes crumbly.
- Press this crumbly mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan, ensuring even coverage.
