- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Moz zarella cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) Bisquick
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon (8 ml) s Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) pepper
Instructions
- Begin by setting your oven to a temperature of 400°F and allow it to preheat. Take a 9-inch pie dish with deep sides and give it a light coating of nonstick cooking spray; place it to one side.
- In the dish you’ve prepared, arrange the zucchini in an even layer, followed by the tomatoes.
- Next, add a layer of onions.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients by whisking them together with a fork until they are well mixed.
