Description

Biscoff banana pudding combines creamy pudding, fresh bananas, and sweet Biscoff cookies for a delicious and nostalgic dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and vanilla pudding mix until well combined.
  2. Add the melted Biscoff cookie butter to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until no white streaks remain.
  5. Begin layering in a dish or trifle bowl: Start with pudding, followed by a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies, and then banana slices.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with pudding on top.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill for 3–4 hours.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and add fresh banana slices on top. Drizzle additional cookie butter over the dessert for a final touch.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the whipped cream. Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
