Description

Delightful birthday cookies filled with vibrant sprinkles and creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for celebrating any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (111g) salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (111g) margarine, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup (288g) granulated sugar + more for rolling
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp cake batter flavoring
  • 2 1/2 cups (380g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (107g) sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup (100g) white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, margarine, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, corn syrup, and cake batter flavoring, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  6. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them out appropriately.
  8. Bake for 7-9 minutes for smaller cookies or 9-11 minutes for larger cookies.
  9. Let them cool on the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes for thicker cookies. Experiment with different sprinkles for a unique touch.
