Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar-free sprinkles
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons almond milk (if needed for consistency)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, sugar-free sprinkles, shredded coconut (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
