Description

These Big Mac Wraps offer all the flavors of a classic burger wrapped in a convenient tortilla, making them perfect for gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions, cooking until they soften. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous amount of special sauce over each tortilla. Layer cooked beef, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling. Slice and serve with additional dill pickle slices if desired.
