Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the cauliflower, removing the stem and leaves.
- Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
