Description

Indulge in rich chocolate and tart raspberries with these delicious raspberry swirl brownies, a perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Begin by melting the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, creating a smooth batter.
  6. Combine the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the butter mixture until well blended.
  8. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  9. In a blender, puree the fresh raspberries with powdered sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  10. Drop spoonfuls of the raspberry puree onto the brownie batter.
  11. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, creating layers.
  12. Use a knife to gently swirl the raspberry puree through the brownie batter.
  13. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
  14. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

Fresh raspberries provide the best flavor. For variations, try using strawberries or blueberries instead.
