Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Begin by melting the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, creating a smooth batter.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix this dry mixture into the butter mixture until well blended.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a blender, puree the fresh raspberries with powdered sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Drop spoonfuls of the raspberry puree onto the brownie batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, creating layers.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the raspberry puree through the brownie batter.
- Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
