Description

Tender beef tenderloin medallions topped with rich garlic herb butter, creating a delightful and straightforward dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin medallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme and parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef tenderloin medallions with salt and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the medallions for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they brown and reach your desired doneness.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs.
  4. Once the medallions are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. Top each medallion with a spoonful of garlic herb butter. Serve immediately.

Notes

Searing takes practice; don’t overcrowd the pan. Let medallions rest after cooking to retain juices.
