Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, flour, and milk until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set (it may jiggle slightly when gently shaken).
- Allow the cheesecake squares to cool completely before cutting them into squares or rectangles.
Notes
For maximum flavor, use ripe bananas. Let the cream cheese soften for a smooth filling. Cool completely before cutting.
