Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry the yellow squash.
- Slice the squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced squash to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the squash slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture evenly over the squash slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
