Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cups California Blend mixed veggies
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the California Blend mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
- Stir in the Swiss cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with French fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
