Description

A comforting baked vegetable medley that combines seasonal veggies into a creamy, cheesy casserole, perfect for any night.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cups California Blend mixed veggies
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup French fried onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the California Blend mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  3. Stir in the Swiss cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with French fried onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
