- 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for preheating. Use vegetable oil to lightly coat a baking tray. Position the spaghetti squash with the cut side facing down on the tray.
- Cook in the preheated oven until the squash is soft and a fork can easily penetrate the skin, which will take around 40 to 60 minutes, depending on its size.
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool until it’s safe to touch. Use a fork to scrape out the inside, and throw away the outer shell.
