Description

Baked cottage cheese eggs are a protein-packed, delicious dish that combines eggs and cottage cheese for a creamy breakfast, brunch, or light dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (approximately 450 grams)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon, or ham


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, and grated cheddar cheese.
