Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
