Description

A deliciously roasted cauliflower dish with a blend of spices, perfect as a side or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
