Description
A delightful and versatile baked cauliflower dish that transforms this often-neglected vegetable into a flavorful centerpiece, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
- 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for that nutty, cheesy finish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve hot, optionally with a dip like ranch or garlic aioli.
Notes
Ensure the cauliflower is not overcrowded on the baking sheet for optimal crispiness. Experiment with different spices to personalize the flavor.
