Description

A delightful and versatile baked cauliflower dish that transforms this often-neglected vegetable into a flavorful centerpiece, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for that nutty, cheesy finish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  5. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with a dip like ranch or garlic aioli.

Notes

Ensure the cauliflower is not overcrowded on the baking sheet for optimal crispiness. Experiment with different spices to personalize the flavor.
