Description

Delightful no-bake Avalanche cookies mix creamy peanut butter, crunchy Rice Krispies, and fluffy marshmallows for a sweet treat everyone will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white melting chocolate
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)


Instructions

  1. Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering it with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate according to the package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and ¾ cup of the mini chocolate chips until everything is well coated.
  5. Scoop the mixture out onto the prepared cookie sheet, forming cookies of your desired size.
  6. Top each cookie with the remaining mini chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the cookies in the refrigerator until set, about 20 minutes.
