- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) honey
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Dijon mustard
- 8 large lettuce leaves, such as romaine or butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
- Rub the seasonings into the chicken evenly.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly, then dice into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped pecans, and diced apple.
