Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes or cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
