Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes or cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
