Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- Gently combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
