Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese (30g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) dried oregano
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) ground pepper
- 125 teaspoon (1 ml) crushed red pepper
- large (225g) zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix 30g of grated cheese, 15ml of olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon of dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.25 teaspoon of garlic powder, 0.25 teaspoon of onion powder, 0.25 teaspoon of ground pepper, and 0.125 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices to the mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
- If needed, cook the zucchini slices in batches, placing them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook them for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once, until they achieve a golden brown color.
- Drizzle 2 teaspoons of lemon juice over the cooked zucchini before serving, and offer lemon wedges on the side.
