Experience the rich flavors of marinated venison cooked to perfection in an air fryer, offering a quick, healthy, and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb deer meat (venison), cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cubed venison, ensuring each piece gets coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while marinating.
  4. Place the marinated venison in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Melt butter in a small saucepan, adding additional garlic if desired.
  7. Once cooked to your preference, remove venison and drizzle with melted garlic butter.

Notes

Ensure even cutting of the venison cubes for uniform cooking. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
