Ingredients
- 1 lb deer meat (venison), cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed venison, ensuring each piece gets coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while marinating.
- Place the marinated venison in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, adding additional garlic if desired.
- Once cooked to your preference, remove venison and drizzle with melted garlic butter.
