Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice noodles with diced mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh herbs.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a rice paper wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to secure.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
