Description

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Cooked rice noodles
  • Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage)
  • Soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free option)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice noodles with diced mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh herbs.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a rice paper wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to secure.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
