Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini (about 280 grams)

- 1 cup (240 ml) breadcrumbs (120 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) all-purpose flour (65 grams)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (2 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (2 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika (1 gram)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (3 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
- Vegetable oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Cut the halloumi cheese into similar-sized slices as the zucchini.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the flour in another shallow bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a third shallow bowl.
- Dip each zucchini and halloumi slice in flour, shaking off excess.
- Coat the floured slices in the beaten eggs.
