Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the air fryer and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving to ensure juiciness. If the mixture is sticky, a light coating of oil on your hands can help form the meatballs.
